We are a traditonal family business run by Matthew and David Smith who have been in the trade for nearly 30 years.
We sell the freshest fish and shellfish from the most local and sustainable sources available as well as naturally smoked and undyed fish.
Our wide range of stock includes local line caught Trout, organic Salmon from Shetland and Ireland,
wild Salmon from the river Severn and Sea Trout (Sewen) depending on seasonal availability.
Our service includes prepared seafood platters along with Crab, Lobster and cooked and dressed Salmon - all made to your individual requirements
